All of our products can give 2 years warranty.

Here, we need a special note. In international trade, for tool products, the warranty period promised by the manufacturer is generally realized by reissuing spare parts for free.

Many customers easily misunderstand that as long as there is any problem, they will return and exchange the product for free, which is a wrong understanding. Many big brands are unable to return and exchange goods at any time no matter what the problem is, such as CAS, Camry, Dahongying, etc.

Due to the high frequency of daily use of electronic scales, some components are prone to damage some times, such as switches, display screens, motherboards, sensors(loadcell), keypad and so on. 

However, according to our experience, in many cases it is just that the user does not know how to use it correctly, so that consumers will feel that the scale itself has a problem. As an importer, distributor, wholesaler, and even a retailer, you need to have the patience to teach your customers how to use it properly.

As a manufacturer, we will do our best to support our customers. If some parts are indeed broken, we can provide free accessories and send you corresponding videos to teach you how to repair them.
